Why donate to RC Wingers?

It takes a lot of time and money to maintain a flying site, keeping it safe, fun, and comfortable for everyone. Our dues cover the normal operating costs, but there is so much more we would like to do!

Donating helps us to improve the field, runway, pit areas, and parking, host events, train new pilots, and conduct community outreach.

RC Wingers will accept materials or monetary donations to help keep the club operating.

How do I donate?

If you would like to donate materials for a specific project, please see the list below for current improvements and reach out to one of the officers to coordinate your donation.

Here is a current list of materials needed to support improvements for the field:

• Grass and weed treatments
• Varmint (skunk) repellent, wasp/hornet spray
• Parking lot fence
• 5 - 8 two-hole fence posts
• split rails
• post hole digger
• Runway Improvements
• 5 - 10 yards of mason sand for spot leveling
• Borrow a smooth roller
• Small front loader to distribute the sand
• Refinish the field signage
• Replace damaged bulletin board
• Repair workbenches
• Generator maintenance
